Coffee is a daily ritual for many, and as habitual creatures, we naturally seek consistency. At School of Coffee, our training focuses on mastering the fundamentals—ensuring every student understands the why behind each step and learns to brew each cup with care and consistency. We’ll teach you how to properly brew gourmet coffee like Café Latte and Cappuccino to look and taste as they should. At the same time, we recognize the deep-rooted local culture of drinks like Kopi and Teh, which many of us grew up with. Who Should Attend?
These courses are designed for aspiring baristas, passionate coffee enthusiasts, and/or individuals looking to work in or start their own café business.
Do I need prior experience to join?
No prior experience is required for beginner courses such as Level 1.1, 1.2 & 1.3. These courses are designed for those new to coffee. However, the SG Advanced Barista: Level 2 course requires completion of SG Basic Barista Coffee Brewing: Level 1.1 as a pre-requisite.
Program Duration for SG Build & Brew: Café Entrepreneurship.
- The Build & Brew Entrepreneurship Program spans 8 weeks and features hands-on, rotational training within a café environment.
Will I Receive a Certificate?
Yes, a Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants upon successful completion of each course.
What is the class format?
The courses combine theoretical instruction with hands-on practical training.
Can international students apply?
